Standardised biogas processing plants

To keep production costs at a low level and avoid sources of errors, the plants are produced in series in standard plant sizes. The series production allows short delivery times. Due to the use of proven components, a long service life can be ensured.

The Zeven model

The aim is to keep the energy consumption during the upgrading and the transport of the biomethane as low as possible. Thanks to the combination of CHP and upgrading an overall efficiency of 80% can be reached. The energy is produced where it is consumed.

Due to the small plant size, it can also be integrated into small grids with low pressure. The costs for the compression are minimal. For energy supply with focus on the regional added value the Zeven model is the right size for a municipality of 5,000 inhabitants and above.

500 Nm³

The 500 system marks the entry into large plant types as the first plant in which the thermal process takes place in two container units.

700 Nm³

This plant size is optimized for an injection amount of 350Nm³/h for a use according to the German Law. For plants up to this size the technology bonus of 2cents is paid.

1,000Nm³

As the size for the international market, the 1,000Nm³ plant offers a technology proven by energy supply companies. Especially for projects with a clear growth strategy this size class offers an excellent foundation.

1,400 Nm³

This plant size is optimized for an injection amount of 700Nm³/h (also according to German Law). For plants up to this size a technology bonus of 1cent is paid.
