MT-Biomethan offers an extensive service performance from the very first. Our preventative service enables predictable maintenance work and thus assures a high technical availability of the upgrading system.

The basis for this is our service contract concept which is adjusted individually to each biogas upgrading system and the needs of the customer.

Besides the standard elements such as inspection, maintenance and servicing the concept includes the following additional performances:

• Service hotline +49 4281/ 98 45 222  - on 365 days a year and contactable 24 hours a day.
• Service centre for advice over telephone concerning technical problems, including a data remote maintenance
• Chemical process support of the biogas upgrading system by our own quality lab
