MT-Biomethan has specialised in small batch production of standardised plants. With the 3D-System Inventor our design engineers plan each detail of the plant dimensions. The key components of the plant technology, e.g. heat exchanger, tanks, pumps and fittings, are planned exactly and connected with pipelines. This virtual model is the basis of the extensive prefabrication of the complete technology which is integrated in a 12m plant container.
The major part of the complete electrical installation, the wiring of the sensors and the installation of the process control will already have taken place in the production hall. The work is completed with the testing of the automation project and the visualisation.
The plant is delivered with a tested plant control system and is checked for firmness and tightness. This ensures smooth and timely commissioning on site.

A team of 40 qualified engineers and technicians as well as 40 skilled workers look after a permanently on-going development of the processing engineering processes, the plants and our projects.
